OVER A CENTURY OF
MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE

LANCE HANSCHE
Chairman

Hansche brings 38 years of industry leadership to 2020 Fusion. A successful entrepreneur many times over, he is perhaps best known as founder of Phoenix
Technologies (NASDAQ: PTEC) where he led the company in delivering the first commercial IBM-compatible BIOS, still a Phoenix-dominated business today.

AMRISH PATEL
Chief Executive Officer

Patel adds nearly 20 years of industry experience to 2020 Fusion’s management team, most recently as Senior Vice President of the Digital Home
and Media Server Business Unit at fabless semiconductor giant Conexant. As Director of Marketing at Globespan at start-up, Patel led business and product planning initiatives spurring growth of the business within the DSL vertical. Later, as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development, he led diversification from pure-play DSL to leadership in Broadband Communications ICs.
KATHRYN HIGA
VP of Market & Business
Development

A 26-year veteran of Silicon Valley technology marketing and sales, Higa drives market requirements for new products
and leads strategic business development initiatives. Head of her own consulting firm following stints at Apple Computer and Four Phase Systems (acquired by Motorola), digital video and imaging were a significant focus of her practice. Major clients included Sun Microsystems, Western Digital Imaging, Silicon Graphics, MIPS, AT&T Imaging Systems, Texas Instruments, Picturetel and Cirrus Logic.

MICHAEL ARONSON, PhD
Chief Technology Officer

For more than 30 years, Aronson has made his mark pioneering innovative architectures for technology that combine the flexibility
and richness of software with the performance and cost effectiveness of hardware. Aronson leads 2020 Fusion's silicon and systems design organization, formed around a core group with more than 20 years of experience as a design team. The group, focussed on digital camera and imaging technology for nearly a decade, is responsible for such mass market successes as web cams for Logitech, Creative Labs and Samsung and the high-quality 1.3 MPixel chip driving the first mass market, single-use digital still camera.
